David K. Cho, serves as Cosmic Capital Group's Executive Board Member. Mr. Cho is
a partner in Orrick's Hong Kong Office and his practice focuses on corporate transactions,
cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings, including U.S. SEC-registered
public offerings and Rule 144A/ Regulation S equity/debt and equity-linked offerings.
He received his law degree, Juris Doctor at Chicago-Kent College of Law and his
Bachelor of Arts at UCLA.
Mr. Cho is recognized for his expertise in M&A and capital markets in Chambers Asia.
His gross aggregate value of high-profile transactions is about US$20 billion, accumulatively.
Mr. Cho's recent representations include US$600 million cross-border acquisition
for a major Asia-based telecommunications company, US$800 million private equity
fund for one of Taiwan's largest banking intuitions, US$1.2 billion Gmarket Inc,
Korea's largest e-commerce provider. His representations also include companies

Stephen Cook, Senior Partner
Within the practice Stephen’s key role is advising on corporate finance transactions
including mergers and acquisitions, pre flotation restructuring, fund raising and
business financing. Stephen Cook has also been a non executive director of MBS Capital
Advisors Limited, a corporate advisor to a number of AIM listed companies. Mr. Cook
received a B.A. from Yale and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is also
a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Billy Nguyen, Managing Director
Billy Nguyen is an US-based managing director at the CosmicCAP Institute for High
Performance, where he has led research projects on globalization, sustainability
and economic competiveness. He specializes in scenario planning, helping business
and government agencies develop long-term strategies. Mr. Nguyen also is CosmicCAP’s
group chief executive of Global Markets and Management Consulting, with overall
responsibility for growth, differentiation and innovation agenda of CosmicCAP. Billy
received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Electrical Engineering at USC, a Master
of Science in Computer Science at UCLA, and is an MBA candidate at Pepperdine's
Graziadio School of Business and Management, California, with emphasis on leadership
and changing management.
Michael Williams, Audit Partner
As an audit partner, Michael is responsible for advising clients on budgetary control
and forecasts. Although working across a broad sector range, Michael specialises
in SMEs, start-up businesses, travel agencies and insurance brokers and charities.He
specialises in advising on all aspects of furthering a business from the day to
day running to specialist areas and dealing with legislation. Michael has a degree
in Law from Kent University and a Masters Degree in Finance from Strathclyde University.
Mark Miller, Audit Partner
Technical areas of expertise include audit, the preparation of financial statements,
corporate taxation, business planning, and the EU management of subsidiaries of
US Companies with Sarbanes Oxley compliance work. He also deals with IFRS related
matters and acts as an advisor to franchise firms. Mark completed his doctorate
in business administration from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany,
in 1991, after studying business administration at the University of Nuremberg-Erlangen,
Germany, from 1976 to 1981.
Jim Eyler, Technology Partner
Jim's responsibilities include the technology platform and tools to design and deliver
the technology portfolio - new technologies and new investment opportunities, including
scientific, academic, and customer-driven research; driving the adoption of disruptive
technologies and products, as well as developing advanced products from research
to early adoption; and ensuring coherence and consistency in architecture and technology
following "Timeless Software" principles. Jim also oversees key technology partnerships
and customer co-innovation, and is an executive sponsor of the CosmicCAP High Performance
Labs network. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Imperial
College London, as well as a master’s degree and Ph.D. in computer science from
the University of Manchester.
Tiffany Brown, Managing Partner
She is actively engaged with many stakeholders as part of CosmicCAP’s commitment
to enhancing the public’s trust in professional services firms and in the quality
of financial reporting. Debra has encouraged dialogue with key stakeholders across
investment and banikg industriesregarding the many changes facing the world capital
markets, including the advent the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the United States. She holds
a Master’s and a BA in Accounting from Rice University in Houston, Texas.
Tom Lee, Principal Asia
Within telecom, he has supported clients on a range of issues, including growth,
new businesses, globalization, and marketing—where his specific contributions have
assisted clients in developing their pricing and CRM capabilities. He has served
telecom clients throughout the Asia Pacific region, including operators in Korea,
Australia, Singapore, and Taiwan. He received his BS in chemical engineering at
MIT and his MBA at Harvard Business School.
